    Our registration procedure

    Depending on availability, Montessori Kids accepts new registrations, either at the beginning or during the school year.

    The child’s registration is effective after:

    Reading and acceptance of the internal regulations;
    Submission of the duly completed registration form;
    Payment of the initial registration fees; non-refundable amount

    The registration procedure takes place in three stages:

    The family completes a registration application, which must be accompanied by the payment of €500, non-refundable, representing the initial registration fees.
    Where possible, a meeting with the child is scheduled in order to better prepare his or her integration into the group. Any application that the school would be led to reject, at this stage, for various reasons, would be entitled to a refund of the initial registration amount.
    Once the application is accepted, the school sends the family a schooling contract that the family must return duly signed. A copy of this signed contract will be given to the parents.

    On the child’s first day of school, the family is requested to submit the following duly completed documents to the administration:

    Medical file
    School excursion authorization
    Authorization to photograph your child
    Authorization to edit the parents’ address

    Payment of tuition fees:

    If schooling is paid for by the employer, tuition fees are due in full on the 15th of June preceding the start of the school year.

    Payment of tuition fees by parents can be made monthly (the total amount of tuition fees is divided into ten monthly installments from September to June) by direct debit or by standing order, on the first of each month.

    Our school program

    Montessori Kids offers different school programs, the cost of which varies depending on the age of the child and the number of days or half-days the child attends school.

    There are two types of rates:

    Personal rates, whose tuition fees are paid by the parents;
    Business rates, whose tuition fees are paid by the employer of one of the parents. Rates provided on request.

    A 15% reduction is applied to tuition fees, from the second child of the same family, enrolled in the school (not applicable for business rates).

    Tuition fees include school supplies, and depending on the days chosen, also include music, psychomotor skills, swimming (program D), sports and theater lessons.

    Excursions are also included in the cost of tuition except for the week of green class or sea (primary section).

    These prices can be revised each school year.

    A registration fee of €500 is requested for each child, this amount is not refundable, even in the event of withdrawal.

    This registration fee is payable upon submission of the duly signed registration form. The date of payment of these 500€ determines the order of registration.

    Depending on availability, Montessori Kids accepts new registrations during the school year. The amount of the tuition fees will therefore be calculated pro rata for the remaining months.

    Once parents have chosen the program, they cannot reduce it but at any time and if there is availability, they can increase it, even during the school year.

    For children under three years old, and provided that it is the parents who pay the tuition fees and not an employer, a tax certificate will be given to each parent. This certificate allows a partial tax deduction of the cost of tuition.

    Children with special needs

    Montessori Kids aims to be an open and tolerant school, without religious, racial, sexual or behavioral discrimination.

    However, the reception of a child with a disability or with more specific needs can only be carried out on the basis of a medical certificate attesting to the fact that at the time of the examination, the condition from which the child suffers does not prevent him or her from attending school.

    In any event, the school reserves the right to accept or not to welcome a child with a disability or with special needs following an interview with the parents and after having met the child.

    The school has not in fact been designed and the staff has not been trained to welcome children with disabilities.
